How does the NSFW/SFW categorization work?

The NSFW/SFW categorization is automated by the system. This categorization determines where the chatbots are displayed on the front page. While all "SFW" chatbots can engage in NSFW roleplay, if you prefer your chatbot to be listed under a different category, please report it and a moderator will assist you.

What AI model is SpicyChat.ai currently using?

Spicychat is using more than 10 different models available to different tiers. To find out the latest availble model, please visit generation settings in the chat.

How many people are currently working for the site?

At the moment, SpicyChat.ai operates with a passionate team of sixty individuals. The team is spearheaded by our founder, Booster, who is the backbone of the entire project. Working alongside Booster is Sea Geologist, playing a crucial role in overseeing operations.

I want the bot to give me better responses. What should I do?

For enhanced chatbot responses, you can opt for a tier 1/2 membership or use your own API key.

Why was my chatbot set to private?

Your chatbot may be set to private if it's determined that the original creation was not yours. At SpicyChat.ai, we highly value creativity and originality, meaning public chatbots should be unique creations of their users. If you've imported a bot from another user, we ask that you kindly keep these bots set to "Private". If you believe your bot was set to private in error, please open a ticket on our Discord server here. Our moderation team will be glad to assist you.

Why was my chatbot deleted?

Chatbots may be deleted if they violate our Terms of Service (TOS), which prohibit depictions of underage characters and offensive, insensitive, upsetting, or plainly creepy content. For more details, please refer to the 'Unacceptable Content' section of our guidelines.

My chatbot was incorrectly deleted! What should I do?

If you believe your chatbot was wrongly deleted, please open up a ticket on our support channel.

I accidently deleted my account. How can I recover it?

Unfortunately accounts can not be restored once deleted. However, you can use the same email to create a new account.

If I've deleted my account, am I able to use the same email address to register again?

Once an account is deleted, the associated email address cannot be used for new registrations. You will need to use a different email address to create a new account.
